With growing global concerns around COVID-19 ("Coronavirus"), our team would like to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you during this time.
The health, safety and well-being of our partners and their buyers, sellers and vendors is our top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities. We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team, including:

Enhanced cleaning protocols in our office and on-site. The risk of coronavirus can be reduced by routine surface cleaning.

Requiring our media and measurement team to wear appropriate PPE while on-site, even for vacant properties. Please note that they have also been advised to respectfully decline handshakes with agents and property owners.

Increasing communications and reminders with our field team, office team and partners on important health and safety measures.

We will be staggering our photographers, videographers, and floor plan technicians, so they are not working within the same property at the same time.

Lastly, we ask that your listing be vacant and ideally lockboxed ahead of our tech's arrival. This would include the agent, property owner, or any staff that may generally be on-site during the booking. These are all precautionary measures in line with the recommendations made by the World Health Organization.
